Good morning our fellow business partners.

Recently we have serious problem that our server provider have an issue so we couldn't connect to own server. Our service are completely down as well as our business partners that depends their business with us.

After 24 hours of failing we decided to set status to our service into "Total Disaster" mode and search the other provider to backup all lost data.

After almost 30 hours of downtime we managed to restore all loss data manually to the other server so you can still operate your business again while we are restoring our all service back to online again.

After almost 36 hours of downtime, our main server finally operate again 100% without any data loss. Thanks to our providers help by calling their attorneys to solve their problem.

While our main server is down. Your files are safe and secured thanks to our three layer anti-disaster mode. The second layer safe your files, which this method are automatic account backup and saving all of your files and database into remote server. But in the other hand, our first layer anti disaster method which the method backing up all our node server daily have down too. But we also have third layer for our direct business partner. We have theirs duplicated data in our local computer and remote service.

We are sorry for the inconvenience due to server down but we are doing the best to make our businesses to operate again and we are not sleep until it's done.
