Good afternoon everyone.
Recently we had a downtime about 10-15 minutes at our private server located in Singapore. After contacting our provider the issue causes by organized attack (using Brute DDOS Attack method) from hackers and the federal authority (US / SG) began to investigate the issue.
Our server is fully functional with 100% operational without any losses of data due to good data security. Helped by many providers to locate and block any future attacks.

For info: Brute DDOS Attack is a method to disable the server by sending mass amount of data so the server would be unreachable.
